Shaw Pottery Medium: Ceramics, stoneware and porcelain Artist Statement: A potter since 1970, I have thrown thousands of pounds of clay, thousands of pots, bowls and jars. Once a teacher, now in my own studio, innovation and creativity are my life. With work in regional and national collections, I now find great pleasure in meeting customers one on one at the Beach Show.

Working in both porcelain and stoneware, most of my pieces are wheel thrown and all are handcrafted. From tiny miniature teapots to large service bowls, platters to wall hangings, elegant vases and classic jars, each creation is unique. I make my own glazes and fire my own kilns. I hope you will find my work to be both affordable and irresistable.
