Gemini Photo, Lorie Morris Medium: Landscape Photography Artist Statement: I have always loved being in nature. The sheer beauty and peace call me back time and time again. I am a self taught photographer who would never have followed this path except for my friends and family who kept encouraging me to "do something with your beautiful photos".

I print all of my photographs the old fashioned way – In a traditional darkroom. (That means no computers are involved just in case you were wondering) I print them on “glossy” Kodak paper, and then I hand mount each of them to acid free foam core. This keeps the photograph flat – no ripples. I then double matt each photograph with acid free Bainbridge Alphamats to the next standard frame size. This will save you from having to pay for custom framing – unless you really want to.
