How to Return Artwork

Here is the simple process for returning an item:

  1. Contact our Customer Care team by either calling 1-805-568-1265 or e-mailing us at returns@sbartwalk.com to obtain return instructions.

    We can provide you with a UPS Return Service label or for an additional charge, we can set up a UPS pick up for you. You are also welcome to ship your item back on your own. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Insure all items to their full value when shipping on your own. We recommend you use UPS, FedEx or the delivery service used when shipping the Art item to you.

  2. Repack the product in its original packaging materials, unless the package's condition is not suitable for a safe return back to SB ArtWalk. You may be held responsible for artwork damaged in return transit.

We ask that your return item be shipped back in the original packing materials and container, and that you insure the work to its full value. We recommend you use UPS, FedEx or the delivery service used when shipping the Art item to you.

If you are returning a product because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, SB ArtWalk will pay the return-shipping costs.
